SHIPPING POLICY

Please consider your delivery address and ensure that the correct details have been entered at checkout. All orders will be left at the delivery address without signature. If you do not wish to have your parcel left, or have any special requirements, please email customer service at sales@nuevasunglasses.com.au with your request with prior to mailing.

 

We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier for your order, depending on the size of the parcel, and the location to be shipped. We endeavour to process all orders by the next business day however, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow 3-10 business days from date of dispatch for your parcel to be delivered to any Australian address. International delivery will be subject to the carrier time frames.

 

We will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders however, we will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or orders lost in transit.

 

Any damaged or lost orders will be subject to an investigation with our carriers. This investigation can take up to 10 days. After that time we will be able to take further action into the condition and/or location of your order.

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot supply the goods within the order. You will be contacted directly in the event of this occurring.

 

In accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be incorporated into your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
