RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Five Pillars Investments Pty Ltd trading as nueva. Australia (nueva.) aims to deliver the highest quality products and services (collectively, Services) to you. In the unlikely event that the product delivered to you, including accessories and packaging, does not meet your expectations, you should consider the following Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and Warranty Policy.

 

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your product, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for refund or exchange, your product, including any accessories that accompanied the product, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must not have any modifications, nor have been tampered with in any way.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We retain the discretion to assess the condition of returned products, including packaging and accessories, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

 

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

We will not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you, may vary.

 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Warranty Policy

 

We warrant that our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three months from the date of purchase.

 

Subject to clauses 1 to 6 below, if the product fails to operate for any reason within the warranty period and the product is returned to the place of purchase at the buyer's expense, nueva. will repair or replace the unit free of charge.

 

Clause 1 - This Warranty Policy is subject to the following conditions:

(a)        The product must be returned to nueva. with proof of purchase together with all packaging and accessories bearing the nueva. trademark logo(s);

(b)        The product must not have had any modifications, nor have been tampered with in any other manner;

(c)        Failure of the product must not be due to its misuse or improper storage or care;

(d)        nueva. will not be responsible for damage or loss caused during shipping; and

(e)        Apart from any consumer guarantees rendered under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, all other warranties express or implied and whether arising by virtue of statute or otherwise are excluded.

 

Clause 2 - All warranty claims must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. When sending your products back to nueva. it is recommended that you track your parcel to ensure it ends up in the right hands. We are not responsible for costs associated with tracking your parcel or postage fees.

 

Clause 3 - Where a warranty claim is accepted, nueva. has the right to repair or replace at no cost to you. If not deemed to be a valid warranty, nueva. will offer a suitable replacement at a reasonable charge subject to availability.

 

Clause 4 - In assessing your warranty claim, nueva. reserves the right to make a determination as to whether conditions listed under clauses 1 and 2 have been met and prior to processing any refund, exchanges, or credits.

 

Clause 5 - Under the terms of the warranty offered, nueva. reserves the right to make a determination as to whether to make a repair or replacement.

 

Clause 6 - In the event that the original product is no longer in stock, nueva. reserves the right to provide you with a credit that may be applied to any other product of an equal or lesser value from the range of products offered.
